MiniGet is an application that allows you to manage and download torrent files. You can create new torrents, magnet downloads, and open torrent files. This is a small and easy-to-use program. To create a task, you just need to enter the URL address, select the destination path, set the maximum number of connections and log in to a server.

The downloading process is similar to that in any other torrent client. The program’s main window displays some information about the torrent: included files, the total size, download progress, download speed, and the remaining time. You have the option to set the maximum download and upload speeds, as well as the buffer size. The app supports HTTP, FTP, and BitTorrent downloads over Socks4, Socks5, and HTTP proxy servers.

This app can be quite useful when you want to download something big (e.g. beta versions of many big AAA games are now distributed as torrents). The design is pretty clean, but somewhat old-fashioned; in my opinion, some modern elements would suit it better. Also, you can't drag and drop .torrent files to the list to initiate downloading, you have to look for them from within the app.

In conclusion, this is a decent program. Thanks to its simple and well-organized interface, you can learn how to use the app in a matter of seconds. I myself didn’t encounter any problems while I was testing the application.

Hi. I just wanted to know if there's a way to queue downloads. If there are 2 files on download and one is paused, and the other download completes then will the second download resume by itself or do I have to do it manually?

Cause I put many items on download and leave my computer still.
